It also includes liquid vector metering for water injection, achieving accurate moisture content in materials. The extruder barrel employs a modular design, while the machine integrates PID temperature control and a cooling water circulation system for precise temperature management. The advanced rotary cutting system minimizes cutting wear and allows easy adjustment. The high-torque gear distribution box delivers maximum output torque and efficiency.
